Mayleen:

Shy, kind, timid, slightly lazy, polite, messy, clumsy, jumpy, often chooses fight over flight. Needs to cut her hair. finds beauty in what others think of as gross, worries about people she cares about. Loves mystery's and adventure.

 May is from a wealthy family, she doesn't have that many human friends. She prefers to spend time with animals or in the Digital World with her friends. She doesn't get along too well with her parents, especially her Father. Her parents are arguing a lot and threatening each other with a divorce. She is not very confident but makes friends easily. She is polite, leaves introductions to Mid when in the Digital world. Trusts people more if they are around her age group.

Not afraid of fighting as long as Mid is with her. Adventurous once she gets outside but lazy at home. She will regularly choose videogames over homework- which is usually left until the night before. Always laughs at other's jokes though she never makes them herself. Will eventually grow up to become a pro mountain climber.

 Developments since the story began:
Now has a higher sense of moral judgment, braver in situations where Mid is not there to help her. Learns no to force Mid into Digivolving if he doesn't like it. Is slightly more comfortable about interacting with others and has made some good friends on the ship. Realises that the only way to sort out problems and misunderstandings with Mid is by talking to him- not avoiding him. Being kind goes a long way, its better to show mercy than violence. She still doesn't know how to deal with Mid's fear of Digivolving. Has a rip in her sleeve from getting hurt in Round 2. Able to assess situations much better now.

Phasmidmon (Mid):

Named after 'Phasmid' which is the name for Stick Insects. Based off a male Giant Prickly Stick Insect. Shortened to 'Mid'.

His species usually live in their Baby / In-Training forms within the Digital World's core where they eat viruses and keep the system clean. So they are very uncommon to see on the surface. They eat small programs, viruses and sometimes just electricity. If they do find themselves in this situation they eat as much data as they can to evolve into champion as quick as possible where they will have a chance at survival- their prior forms being very fragile.

Like the rest of his kind, Mid was living in the Digital World's core when he bit through a bad cable which zapped him up and sent him flying out of Mayleen's computer. Assumes the accident left some permanent damage to his neural cables though he can't find anything wrong on his scans. They stayed together permanently since then. They have visited the Digital World often and he has been able to reach Ultimate evolution for a while.

May teaches him how to interact with other people while he teaches her how to not get killed in the Digital World.

Knowledgeable and polite. Sometimes doesn’t understand humour and emotion. Doesn't understand sarcasm at all. Has good tactical knowledge. Enjoys company and gets nervous on his own. Confident in battle unless he thinks Mayleen is in danger- then he panics. Needs things to keep his mind occupied and gets stressed if there is nothing to do (Mayleen's room is always tidy).
Learned how to interact with others from May. Finds it difficult to relax and therefore often has trouble sleeping.

The two claws on his tail are for gripping onto things, they are also used to gain balance before taking flight. They are also magnetic- no'one knows why, but its funny when his butt gets stuck to the fridge.

Has low attack and defence but high speed and brains, he can analyse other Digimon's code just by looking at them with his ability Data Scan . This lets him see weak points and strike in the right areas. However, as he evolves through each level, he gradually looses this ability, replacing it with high attack power. Being unable to see this way, has left him terrified of evolving past Champion form.

Moves:
Compound Beam- Fires lasers from eyes. This does not cause damage but stuns the enemy temporarily.
Wire Cutter- Slashes with wings. Very weak attack.
Data Scan- (His main weapon) This allows him to scan everything digital, giving him access to a Digimon's weak points, surrounding materials and various bits information.
